I have been studying the body, mind and Spirit for over 25 years and offer a variety of services to assist in the process of healing, integration and elevation such as: client centered massage therapy & energy work, meditation instruction and classes, Vedic Astrology, Himalayan Kundalini and Kriya Yoga practices and initiations, Breath work and Mantra, Spiritual Response Therapy, individual support/mentoring and diverse specialty workshops.
